uuuuuuugh .,.......... welll um ..... i think dis is a wierd way of gettin on to me because i am always saggin........ so idk wat to say about dis ........awkward ban150- 500 dollars 4 saggin in publik...... if u ask me dats realy stupid and retarded.......... but dey are doin dis in dallas and um i go to dallasw almost every summer or break to go to mexico...... dats suks im not goin ever ............ so um coach..... still not workin............... muaha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! o and um HA! but i do agree dat if dey are doin drugs den yes dey can be fined......

hey i think it is kinda hard to determine what is saging and what is not. but i do think that people should be fined because sometimes people are dressed indecently when their pants are down to their knees. but not all of them are indecent. :)
